The service

EveryPaid provides done-for-you front-desk automation for local service businesses: call answering, quoting, booking, follow-up, and billing support. Service details and pricing are agreed with each client before work begins.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details, to only give us phone numbers you have the right to share, and to honor appointments booked through the service or cancel them in good time.

Text messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive appointment and follow-up texts from EveryPaid. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We are not responsible for delays or failures by mobile carriers.

No guarantee of results

We work to recover missed jobs and bookings, but we do not guarantee any specific number of calls, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, pricing, capacity, and how promptly you serve booked jobs.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waypoint Cart Works LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Virginia law governs these terms.
